Well ive finished uploading my material for the week. I think for next week i will try and finalise my idea, and then start doing some ground work to make sure the final product is impressive.
I feel like ive picked up an idea after uploading this work, i feel that most of my work seems to be around my theory that if the area of Stonehouse had a little better fortunes in the past, i.e the naval yard was properly used, there wasnt the out of control violence, then maybe the area would now be the main part of Plymouth and a place people would come from afar to see.
So going on this theory i think i will try to develop my idea into a sort of future/past look of the area, looking at the bombings, the empty plots, the type of people living there now and then try to reconstruct some of the buildings that were destroyed during the war, make the naval yard look like its in proper use & try to change Union streets image to something glamorous.
Not quite sure how im going to do this though...
